Patricia Kay - USA Today Bestselling Author

If you’ve found your way to this page, you’re either a writer or a curious visitor wondering what Challenge to Write means.

Challenge to Write is the name of a class I teach. It’s designed to give writers a kick in the pants, something to help them get started writing for the day. If you’re not a writer, I know you’re probably shocked to find out most writers need a kick in the pants. You probably thought we couldn’t wait to sit down and begin our work day. Sometimes that’s true. Other times it isn’t. The class is meant for the times it isn’t.

If you’re interested in my Challenge to Write class, let me know. Although I’m not currently planning to teach the class this year, if enough potential students are interested, I might. It’s really up to you.

If you’re interested in finding out more about other classes I might teach in the future, click on the Classes link.  The class schedule changes as new classes are added, so be sure to join my writing classes newsletter mailing list to make sure you are kept up to date on what’s being offered.

There’s also a link to a Writing Tips section which I hope you’ll find helpful. If you don’t see the links I’ve mentioned, click on the arrow next to Challenge to Write. Explore. Enjoy. And come back often!

“People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing. That’s why we recommend it daily.”~Zig Ziglar
